This workshop will explore how writing your story can support you as you face all kinds of life changes—a move, a job change, an empty nest, the loss of a loved one, or life amid a pandemic. Let’s explore ways to find our words and write our stories in this time of challenges. This interactive workshop will allow you to delve into change and positive ways to manage it. There will be opportunities to share your writing in a nurturing environment if you choose. Writers of all levels, novice to advanced, are welcome.
