Writing & Resilience Workshop – Changing Hands

Your story matters. This workshop will explore the power of our personal stories and personal writing. In these four sessions we will embark on finding, writing, and sharing our stories while learning writing practices that lead us to personal resilience and renewal, especially important during these challenging times. There will be prompts to inspire your writing as well as opportunities to share your work in an accepting environment. This workshop will engage writers of all levels, novice to advanced.
