We will read the book and talk about our stories–how our brains are wired with them and can change them. We will explore how to find and highlight the stories that will give us gratitude, increased happiness, and well-being—even amid a pandemic or a cancer diagnosis. Based on positive psychology and created to help patients and survivors to thrive!

Venue: Zoom Workshop –Sponsored by Healing Journeys Nonprofit.

Dates: Tuesdays, March 9, 16, 23, 30, and April 6, and 13.

Time: 10—11:30 am. PST

Cost: Donation of $0, $25, $50, or $100 (your choice) and price of the book.
