Your story matters. This workshop will explore the power of our personal stories and personal writing.  In these six sessions we will embark on finding, writing, and sharing our stories while learning writing practices that lead us to personal resilience and renewal—especially helpful now! We will hone our unique voices, learn to reframe our stories, and explore how to bring positive insights to our work. There will be prompts to inspire your writing as well as opportunities to share your work in an accepting environment. This workshop will engage writers of all levels, novice to advanced. Join us to write the stories you need to tell. Join us to silence the voice of your inner critic. Join us for inspiration and connection. Enrollment is limited.

Materials for the class: Please bring a pen and a journal/notebook/computer to write on. Many of the activities come from The Story You Need to Tell.  If you have a copy, please bring it. If you want a copy, please purchase it through Changing Hands—or your favorite bookstore.
